The daily hustle of Lagosians and Nigerians in all is never without the place of food. For most Lagosians, time is a luxury, which most Lagosians don’t have. That explains why they turn to quick foods made from the bakery.  

As a young ambitious and independent lady, I saw the needs of Lagosians while in school. As a busy individual who is in school, those professors can be pretty demanding. In other words, students don’t have enough time to pursue their hobbies and side business that most hope they would like to pursue.

Regardless of class assignments, projects and other life hustles, I decided to squeeze in extra hours a day to see how I could help meet the needs of hungry and hustling Nigerians. That was when I decided to take a leap of faith into bakery to see how it goes.

As a result, I started my bakery business a on part time basis back in 2017. I did that as I joggle my bakery business and schooling. In 2019, I went 100% full tie into bakery business after earning my bachelor’s degree in Microbiology in 2019.  Our products are one of the best in the streets of Lagos, Nigeria. If you have not tried our products, you need to do so to satisfy your cravings.”

Some of the food items Jmk Cakes produces include wedding, birthday, bridal showers, themed cake and uniced cake. Flavors available includes vanilla, red velvet, strawberry, chocolate, milk and caramel. Other products we produce include chin chin made soft sweet dough and dry plantain chips made from plantain.
